EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT; Exciting New Opportunity for  C-Level Executive Assistant!


Full time position located in Queens/Nassau County area, hospital based opportunity supporting 4 person leadership team. Minimum of 2-3  years current experience, Bachelor Degree required. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. Position is Temporary to Permanent Hire. Salary commensurate with experience; great benefits!


Primary role and responsibilities:

  • Managing phone, email and in-person  inquiries;
  • Perform  administrative duties; meeting notes, memos, maintaining and organizing documents and files;
  • Arrange and manage travel, accommodations, itineraries and expenses related to any travel;  
  • Plan, organize and implement events such as meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners;
  • Management and oversight of executive schedules/calendars, acts as liaison for executive team;
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data; prepare information and research for executive needs;
  • Manage confidential information with discretion;
  • Participate in employee team building activities;
  • Proficiency with MS Office products;
