Headline:  Portland, Oregon (beautiful suburb)  A Neurosurgery Physician Assistant is needed to pair with a new Neurosurgeon    who will be starting in
July. This is an employed opportunity. The hospital is offering a competitive
salary plus full fringe benefits package.

PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY
 
  • Located in a beautiful suburb of Portland, 
    Oregon, a full-time Neurosurgery Physician Assistant is needed for clinic, first assistant and hospital duties.

     
  • A physician trained at a OHSU will be doing cranial and spine work. 
     
  • Work Schedule will be: 
  • Two days clinic and Two days surgery
  • Ultimately, the new neurosurgeon should ramp up quickly. 
  • The hospital rounding has not been sorted yet. 
  • Currently the surgeon and PA work elbow to elbow, with 2:2 I anticipate a rotation for hospital/surgery.
     
  • A Neurosurgery Physician Assistant with experience would be a plus.
     
  • Hospital:  Their new Physician Assistant and their neurosurgeon will admit  to a full-service community hospital. 
     
FINANCIAL COMPENSATION
 
  • This is a hospital-employed opportunity.
