HEADLINE: COLORADO (small town/community, easy driving distance to Denver):  Family Nurse Practitioner needed for turn-key plug and play position with mature hospital group practice. They have two Internists, three Family Practice physicians and two mid-level providers.  This is a hospital employed opportunity.  The starting salary is MGMA Median.  Fifty percent of positive EBITDA calculation.  Profit and Loss:  If her or his work is on the profit side, then candidate will receive a bonus.  They are also offering an excellent and complete fringe benefits package.

 
LOCATION:   COLORADO 
  • This small town/community offers a friendly and safe atmosphere and environment.  It is a great place to raise a family and have a quality lifestyle.  It is located within an easy driving distance to Denver and easy access to all the amenities that the big city has to offer -- including shows, additional restaurants, pro sports, Elitches and more.  It is also a great area for fishing, hunting, and outdoor sportsman activities.
     
PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY:
  • A Family Nurse Practitioner is needed for a turn-key plug and play position with a mature hospital group practice.
     
  • Experienced candidate needed although a newly graduated FNP with extensive and appropriate nursing experience prior to getting an FNP degree might be considered.
     
  • This Family Nurse Practitioner opportunity is available because their current provider has decided not to return from her maternity leave.
     
  • This group practice currently consists of two Internists, three Family Practice physicians and two mid-level providers.  
     
  • This is a hospital employed opportunity.  
     
  • The outgoing provider has been seeing 250 patients a month.
     
  • The ability to do some procedures (i.e., minor lump and bumps) is welcome but is not required.
     
  • The Family Nurse Practitioner candidate will need to be open and willing to participate in the call rotation schedule.  They will be on call either in the morning or the late afternoon/early evening.  Each of the providers provide call every sixth Saturday. Additionally, one day out of the normal work week she or he will either come in early or stay later.  

     
FINANCIAL COMPENSATION:
  • As previously stated, the Family Nurse Practitioner will be employed by the hospital.
     
  • The starting salary is MGMA Median.  
     
  • Fifty percent of positive EBITDA calculation.  
     
  • Bonus:  There could be a bonus range at the first year.  Most mid-level providers will achieve a bonus.  
     
  • Profit and Loss:   If her or his work is on the profit side, then candidate will receive a bonus.  
     
  • They are also offering an excellent and complete fringe benefits package.
