We have a great opportunity for CRNA's seeking a practice that allows anesthetists to use their skills. Unlike many of the hospitals inside Boston, this facility is not overrun with residents so you can do the cases you really want to do while having a better cost of living than the city. Salaries are based on experience and start at $190K with more salary for experienced Nurse Anesthetists. Plus, there is plenty of OT if you would like to work extra. Our employer offers a great working environment, an unrestrictive practice (regionals including OB epidurals) and a chance to find a case mix that suits your skills and preferences. See high acuity cases or just bread and butter if you prefer. 8, 10, 12 or 16 hour shifts are being offered and there is NO CALL. Creative scheduling options are available. Also, you will receive a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus.
