Job Description
Board Certified Internal Medicine physician needed to join a premiere healthcare system 20 miles south of Boston. We believe the best healthcare comes from our physicians listening to their patients, us listening to our physicians and by communicating and sharing with family members. This is a great opportunity to join an existing office-based practice. We are looking for an Internist to assume this role. Our schedule is four clinical days and one administrative day. NO CALL. Excellent salary with benefits. Administrative support enables focus exclusively on clinical aspects of outpatient care. PCMH experience or knowledge preferred. Practice located 30 minutes to Boston.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implementing quality standards in the department supported by SHC quality department.
- Patient satisfaction within the department.
- Develop and achieve budgeted financial performance for department.
- Developand achieve growth targets for the department.
