Permanent / Full Time Radiological Specialties Ultrasound Technologist in New Orleans, LA Permanent / Full Time Days - Associates degree is preferred - ARRT & LSRTB - 1-3 years experience is preferred - MS Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Database applications. Purpose of this position is to participate in technical duties directly involved with the provisions of ultrasound exams including developing, initiating and monitoring procedures for the effective utilization of this service. Must have knowledge of ultrasound physics and instrumentation; cardiac anatomy and physiology; vascular anatomy and physiology; general medical terminology; and an understanding of the nomenclature of physicians' orders. R.D.M.S. and R.V.T. or registry eligible required. Strong emphasis on customer service. Regular Full Time Employment
