1. Certifications: RDMS or eligible AB-OB candidates will be considered. If candidate is not registered, must be able to obtain registry within 12 months. Must also have current and valid BLS.
2. Licensure: No state license required for this position.
3. Experience: All levels of experience will be looked at. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of real world hospital based experience in general Ultrasound, any vascular or echo experience is a plus. New graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Equipment/Procedures: Portables are performed with Sonosite equipment. Department work will be performed on GE Logic 9.
5. Environment: Will be working in main Radiology department. You will be one of two Sonographers on staff. You must be able to work independently and handle an average of five to ten studies per day. Willingness to learn and assist other areas in the Radiology department is beneficial.
6. Shift: You will be working on first shift Monday through Friday, no Call is expected at this point.
