Permanent / Full Time Radiological Specialties Ultrasound Technologist in Springfield, IL Permanent / Full Time Rotating Using independent judgment, the Ultrasound Technologist performs a variety of procedures utilizing sonography equipment on patients of all ages, according to established standards, polices, procedures, protocols and guidelines. Maintain Technical skills relating to imaging factors. Maintain skills in performing emergency and routine patient care as required. Qualified candidates must be a graduate of two year, recognized AMA allied health training program or 2 years of college as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), R.V.T preferred; a minimum of 2 years experience in diagnostic ultrasound after completing an approved ultrasound program. Extensive experience with ultrasound equipment in terms of product evaluation, troubleshooting and quality control. Maintain CPR Certification. Regular Full Time Employment

Permanent / Full Time Radiological Specialties Ultrasound Technologist in Elmhurst, IL Permanent / Full Time Evenings - CPR - Diag Med Sonographer - Ultra (RDMS) Job Summary: The Ultrasonographer has the primary responsibility and accountability for performing diagnostic medical ultrasound exams according to the policies and procedure set by the Radiology Department. As a member of the EMH and EMCH team responsibilities include promoting respect and emphasizing efficiency and total service o all customers of EMHC including patients, physicians, staff, volunteers and community members. Qualifications: 1) Self-directed, can work independently. 2) Must be flexible to scheduling changes including overtime, weekend and call hours. 3) Communicates clearly in English, both written and oral. Education: Formal ultrasound training at an ARDMS accredited school or RDMS. CPR certification and re-certification according to hospital policy. Experience: Minimum 1-2 yrs. Experience with documentation. Basic computer skills. License: RDMS, RVT (Must have registry within 1 year) Regular Full Time Employment
