Per Diem / Daily Contracting Allied Respiratory Therapy Technician in Warrenton, VA Per Diem / Daily Contracting Nights Summary: Performs all phases of Respiratory Care in both clinical and emergency settings with minimal or no supervision. Scope of practice includes respiratory care of neonate through geriatric patients. In the execution of job duties, it is the universal expectation that all tasks are performed with a patient centered focus, while also seeking opportunities to continually improve core processes. Incumbent will be scheduled based on operational need, which may include but is not limited to: holidays, extended shifts, night and/or weekend shifts, standby and/or on-call. This job description is only meant to be a representative summary of the major responsibilities and accountabilities performed by the incumbents of this job. Employees may be directed to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description. Requirements: Graduate of AMA accredited Respiratory School. Current BLS. Virginia Licensure for for Respiratory Care. All aspects of Respiratory Care. Arterial Blood Gases. EKGs. Ventilator Management. Part Time, Temp, or Per Diem Employment
