Permanent / Full Time RN Rehabilitation in Hagerstown, MD Permanent / Full Time Nights In clinical settings, the registered professional nurse cares for patients using the nursing process, independent judgment, and evidenced based practice to assess and treat responses to actual or potential health problems. Maintains clinical competency and adheres to ethical principles of practice as defined by the Nurse Practice Act and the ANA code of ethics for nurses. Demonstrates ongoing competency in practice through participation in professional organizations and committees. Coordinates care with other disciplines; delegates tasks to other nursing staff; supervises staff in their delivery of care and evaluation of results. Regularly evaluates nursing staff for nursing acts. Addresses individuals when infractions are identified. Reports breaches in clinical or ethical standards to supervisor.
