One year experience as a Radiologic Technologist working in the area to be assigned (i.e. CT, MRI, Emergency/Portable/Surgery. Knowledge of computers, anatomy, physiology, radiographic equipment, safety hazards common to Radiology equipment used, body mechanics, isolation procedures and body fluid precautions. Skill in properly positioning patients in order to provide quality imaging and skill in proper equipment operation. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff and the public. Ability to work with minimum supervision within the guidelines set up by the department. Ability to apply standardized work practices, to identify and solve problems and to communicate clearly and effectively. Regular Full Time Employment
