Permanent / Full Time Allied Psychology / Behavioral / Mental Health in Los Angeles, CA Permanent / Full Time We are seeking a Psychotherapist I to serve as primary care provider of outpatient treatment services to individual, collateral, family, group, case management and mental health services to children and their parents and/or guardians. This person will be responsible for individual, group, and family prevention and treatment interventions and activities to a defined caseload of patients and their families within various service sites within the community, including, but not limited to, patient's home, school, homeless shelter, child care facility, etc., and in our clinical setting. This person will also ensure appropriate development, implementation and documentation of individual tratment plans for children and their families. The patient polpulation may include infant/toddlers, school-age children and/or adolescent patients/teens. Permanent / Full Time Allied Psychology / Behavioral / Mental Health in Los Angeles, CA Permanent / Full Time Days We are seeking a Psychotherapist I -- Clinical Supervisor/Case Management Coordinator -- to supervise and oversee the case management and family support component of the Cypress Park/Northeast Gang Reduction and Youth Development (GRYD) Project. Provides individual and group supervision for case managers, monitors individual case plans for youth and their families, and convenes weekly case conference. This person is responsible for intake and assessment for all project referrals and ensures appropriate case assignment. Assists in facilitation of structured groups and provides individual and group crisis counseling as needed. Education/Training Required: Masters Degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy. Experience Required: 2 years of post-Masters clinical experience. A minimum of one-year clinical experience with adolescents in a community setting, preferably with high-risk youth and families. A minimum of one-year clinical supervisory experience. Prefer experience with home visitation. Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. Case planning and case management experience. Prefer skills in intervention with gang-involved youth. Knowledge of adolescent development, behavior, and behavior change models. Experience working with multi-disciplinary team and collaborative partners. Prefer familiarity with Cypress Park/Northeast community.
