Reports to the Chief Operating Officer, with considerable latitude for discretion within established program policies and procedures, administrative routines, and previously developed meetings and observation of met schedules, work accomplished and/or problems resolved. Work has a controlling impact in day-to-day operations of a 9-provider health center and, therefore, involves leadership, creativity and guidance. Plans, implements, supervises, and coordinates the conduct of clinic operations; sets work schedules; assigns work tasks. Recognizes and corrects deficiencies associated with client flow. Continuously evaluates all processes and systems in accordance with company policies and procedures. Participation in the formulation of organizational objectives, policies and procedures. Formulates center budget, monitors budget, and corrects variances. Degree in business, nursing, public administration or the social sciences preferred. If no formal degree, 5 years experience in the field is required. 3 to 5 years administrative and supervisory experience required.
