CHD Meridian Healthcare, a subsidiary of I-trax, Inc., a leading provider of integrated workplace health and productivity management solutions, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to work at our Employee Health Center for a large manufacturing company located in Fayetteville, NC.

Responsibilities include:
• Performing examinations, making assessments, treatments and handling appropriate referrals.
• Handles acute care treatment for occupational illnesses and injuries.
• Providing disease management and wellness education to employees.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an occupational, ER, Wellness or Primary care setting is desired. Prefer occupational health.
• Valid NC State licensure.
• Current CPR certification required and ACLS preferred.
• Flexible, self-motivated individuals dedicated to quality patient care and customer satisfaction, think out of the box, have excellent communication skills, work effectively in a team environment, and project a positive image desired.
