KRC.0509.1602.03 Physician Assistant opportunity available in a 25 bed critical access hospital. The clinic, which is located behind the hospital, is a few years old with state-of-the-art equipment. Call is 1:4. Current staff includes two physicians, and a physician assistant. Hospital services include acute care, ER, minor surgery, OB, EECP, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech. Salary range is $75,000-$80,000 and offers a production bonus. Hospital is in a HPSA designated area and participates in the NHSC loan repayment program. Benefits include: four weeks of paid time off (CME and vacation), retirement, life, disability, relocation, CME allowance, and loan repayment. Located in Northwest Kansas, this community is the county seat. The gently rolling countryside around the city offers many opportunities for outdoor recreation. KRC.0310.1201.32C Physician Assistant with a focus on Orthopedics needed for Medical Center, a 109-bed acute, intensive and skilled care hospital. The hospital's group of orthopedic surgeons are very busy and are looking to hire a second PA to join their team. The PA will do clinic and surgery work, as well as rounding on patients. Currently on staff are 3 orthopedic surgeons and 1 PA. KRC.0209.0703.11 Regional Medical Center is seeking additional Physician Assistants to join their team. PA's will work Monday-Friday from 8a-5p. They will be responsible for the walk-in clinic at the family health center from 8a-9a. PA's are on call for the ER from 9a-5p. If the PA's are not busy in the ER they will continue to see patients in the family health center during the course of the day (Mon-Fri). There are no weekends or holiday work typically involved. There is no weekend or evening call unless agreed upon in advance by the PA and management. The positions offers a competitive salary and strong benefits package with paid medical, dental, life, paid time off, and a pension plan. KRC.0909.0701.18 Physician Assistant needed to help an Orthopedic surgeon located at a 50-bed hospital. Experience in orthopedics in prefered, but not required for the position. The new orthopedic surgeon will be joining the hospital in October and additionally there will be an RN, 1 PA, and 1 LPN on staff. This PA will provide services to the orthopedic surgeon as directed in the clinic and in the OR. There are plans to create satellite clinics in the future. KRC.0409.1918.02 Physician Assistant for 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with Rural Health Clinic and Long-term Care Unit. PA will provide care within the clinic and take ER call. Call coverage is to be determined, but will be at least 8 days per month/first call. Two board certified physicians currently provide care at the clinic and hospital. Services provided by the hospital include: diagnostic imaging, physical therapy, respiratory therapy, laboratory, 24-hour emergency room department, home health, specialty clinic services, rural health services, cardiac rehab, nuclear medicine, DME, and surgical capability exists for patients requiring this service.
