This is a fast paced busy rehab department with challenging, complex medical patients looking for a Physical Therapist. The facility has 150 beds, LTC and Skilled Nursing Facility patients. The facility is currently undergoing renovation. Once completed the facility will have a new rehab office and a brand new gym with brand new equipment.

1. Certifications: CPR certification required.
2. Licensure: NH state license required.
3. Experience: At least one of year is preferred.
4. Special Equipment/Procedures: This is a direct hire position.
5. Environment: This is a Skilled Nursing Facility.
