KRC.1108.1201.22 Physical Therapy position for County Medical Center. This facility is a 109-bed acute, intensive and skilled care hospital. Serving a six-county area since 1961, this facility has earned recognition as a respected regional medical center renowned for its comprehensive health care services, skilled and caring employees, state-of-the-art medical technology and equipment, and dedicated and talented medical staff. This position will practice in the outpatient rehabilitation clinic which will be moving to a new 15,000 sq. foot facility with 2 pools. Its prompt response to the health care needs of the communities it serves has resulted in half a dozen expansion projects over its 40-year history, including the most recent announcement of a $20 million dollar expansion. Without a doubt, its primary strength is its complement of 37 physicians representing over 15 medical specialties, including anesthesiology, cardiology, otorhinolarangology, family practice, internal medicine, obstetrics & gynecology, ophthalmology, neurology, pathology, pediatrics, radiology, emergency medicine, and general, vascular, thoracic, urological, orthopedic and oncological surgery. In addition, consultation clinics are held regularly at the facility by specialists in nephrology, oncology, physiatry, pulmonology, podiatry and treatment of diabetes. This hospital has undergone renovations and additions to make it better than ever! It is extremely stable and thriving. The facility offers free busing services to patients within the service area that do not have a way to get to their appointments. There is now an onsite pharmacy, hydrotherapy facility, new physical therapy facility, fitness center, diabetes center, and the facility is exploring the option of offering an onsite daycare. If you want to be the best, come and join the best! This is a top facility that is vested in their medical staff and the community. There are currently 4 PTs, 3PTAs, 5 OTs, and 1 Speech Language Pathologist on staff. The position treats 12-15 patients per day. Experienced candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. KRC.1108.1801.12 Physical Therapist needed for a 52-bed critical access hospital with a new Physical Therapy Department. Additional hospital facilities include a 29-bed long term care unit and an outreach clinic. Current staff includes 2 Physical Therapists, 4 PTAs, and 2 Assistants. This busy department currently treats an average of 50 total patients per day. Experienced Therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Must have Kansas licensure or be eligible. KRC.1209.1803.09 Physical Therapist needed for a health center which operates a 24-bed critical access hospital, two rural health clinics, eight specialty clinics, and a retirement community. Currently on staff are 1 FT PTA, 1 part-time PT, and 1 part-time aide. Hospital services include PT, cardiac rehab, diabetic education, lab, radiology, pharmacy, nursing, and swing bed. There is a new PT wing and plans to build a new PT and Cardiac Rehab addition. The department currently treats about 14.5 patients per day, and would like to grow the department. PT with 1+ years of experience are preferred. Salary starts at $54,080 and is negotiable. Benefits included health, life, retirement, PTO, CME allowance, and relocation. KRC.0110.2302.08C Physical Therapist needed to join a 99 bed medical complex. Services include rehab, acute care, radiology, respiratory, sleep lab, ER, ICU, Med/Surg, and a women's center. Salary range is $62,500 -$76,900 and will offer a sign-on bonus with a 2 year contract. KRC.1108.0801.35 Physical Therapist for 190+ bed, state-of-the-art medical center and wellness facility. The rehabilitation center just underwent a $17 million expansion. PT will assume responsibility and accountability for the process of evaluation, assessment, diagnosis, planning and implementation needed to deliver safe, evidence based care to patients. Average patient caseload in the department is 8-10 per day. Experienced therapists and new grads are encouraged to apply. Must have Kansas licensure and BLS certification or must complete within first two weeks of job. There are currently 90 physicians on their active medical staff. Salary is $55,000-$58,000 for new grads, based upon experience for experienced therapists. KRC.0109.1204.02 New position for a Licensed Physical Therapist at a 25-bed critical access hospital. Experienced physical therapists as well as new graduates are encouraged to apply. Must have KS licensure. This PT will work closely with physicians with a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions and experience a variety of settings with 75% outpatient care, as well as acute and skilled care patients. This PT will have the option of a 4 day, 10 hour work week or three 12 hour days. No weekends. The department serves an average of 16-20 patients per day. There are currently 1 PT and 1 PTA on staff, and a ST&OT prn by contract. Hospital services include x-ray, physical therapy, CT, home health, mammography, diabetes education, lab, and ER. KRC.1108.1308.06 Physical Therapist position available in a new 20 bed Critical Access Hospital , 57 bed long term care unit, and home health care. Under the direction of an experienced Physical Therapist, this PT will provide services for inpatient/outpatient, orthopedic patients, athletic injuries, and sports medicine. The department treats approximately 20 patients per day. Experienced therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Current staff includes 1 PT and 2 PTA's. Current staff includes 1 full time Physical Therapist and 2 full time Physical Therapist Assistants. Responsibilities include evaluation, planning and administering therapy treatment to an average of 24 patients per day with a mixture of inpatient and outpatient treatments. Additional facilities include a 44 bed long term care unit, two rural health clinics, county health, and a retail pharmacy. Hospital services include 24 hour emergency room, general surgery, full lab, radiology, onsite CT, mobile MRI, and physical therapy. Clients will include hospital inpatients, outpatients, and long term care unit residents. Therapist would work in all areas with primary coverage in outpatient orthopedics. This position will see 6-10 patients per day. Currently on staff are 1 full time PT/manager, 2 PRN PTs, 1 PRN PTA, 1 full time tech, and 1 transcriptionist.
