Permanent / Full Time Pharmacy Pharmacy Technician in Kansas City, MO Permanent / Full Time Days Responsible for coordinating all pharmacy related information systems. Develop and maintain policies and procedures that assure quality for all pharmacy information systems impacting the operational, clinical, distributive and financial processes within the department and ensures coordination of pharmacy systems with all other hospital information systems. Supervises individuals within the pharmacy services department that provide support, maintenance, and implementation functions for pharmacy information and automated distribution systems. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy required, Pharm D or Masters degree preferred, 5-6 years directly related work experience in lieu of preferred degrees, typing 30WPM, medical terminology and PC skills. Permanent / Full Time Pharmacy Pharmacy Technician in Rolla, MO Permanent / Full Time Days - High school diploma or equivalent is required - Experience is preferred Under the shift supervision of the Pharmacist and Director of Pharmacy, the Pharmacy Technician will empty pneumatic tubes, clock in orders, enters orders, answer phone calls, work with all Automation within the Pharmacy to fill 1st doses, refill carts, restock automated dispensing cabinets, compound IVs, and acts as a receptionist for the department. Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience: One year of pharmacy experience preferred but not required. Licensure, Registration, Certification: Certification preferred and must be a registered or applied for registration prior to employment. Mental/Physical Requirements: Considerable mental concentration required completing duties. Standing and walking up stairs 50% of shift is required. Light lifting (25lbs) required. Working Conditions: Most of workday spent in Pharmacy, with occasional rounds to Patient Care units. Considerable printer, Automation, and telephone noise. Regular Full Time Employment
