Functions as the department manager in the absence of the Director of Pharmacy and collaborates in the management of personnel, acquisition, control and distribution of drugs and related items as well as coordination of their safe, proper and effective use. Recruitment Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with a minimum of the Bachelor or Science (B.S.) degree, Registered by the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy as Registered Pharmacist, in good standing in regards to any violations of State Board rules and regulations. Pharm D degree preferred. Must posses at least 5 years experience as Staff Pharmacist and preferable several years experience in the supervision and training of personnel and the acquisition and distribution of drugs and related items in the operation of multifaceted, integrated acute care pharmacy services which include clinical activities and the overall integration and management of affiliated services, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong skills in the design and maintenance of an automated pharmacy information system Regular Full Time Employment
