Provides clinical services to optimize the effectiveness of patient s medication therapy and improve patient outcomes. Provides drug information to the patient, and medical or nursing staff. Directly supervise the technical staff in all areas of pharmacy practice. PharmD degree with Clinical Residency preferred One (1) year of previous experience in institutional pharmacy practice preferred. Knowledge of medication management in the hospital pharmacy practice setting. Active license to practice pharmacy in The State of Ohio Regular Full Time Employment

QUALIFICATIONS: -Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. -Ohio Licensed Pharmacist. -Demonstrated ability to work closely with others; maintain accuracy and speed for filling medications; demonstrated ability to organize work well.
