Experience in an organized healthcare setting such as a hospital or home infusion pharmacy is preferred. 6. Analytical skills necessary to identify and resolve problems related to drug therapy. 7. The Pharmacy Practice Resident completes rotations with clinical pharmacy specialists and decentralized pharmacists with responsibilities including pharmacokinetic monitoring, responding to drug information requests, participating in medication utilization evaluations, and developing patient care plans. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: 1. Work experience as a patient care pharmacist involved in patient monitoring and drug therapy review is preferred. 2.
