Per Diem / Daily Contracting RN Nursery in Salisbury, MD Per Diem / Daily Contracting Days The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating a plan of patient care utilizing ANA Standards and the Nursing Process. Acts as a patient advocate. Provides support, information and direct care. Utilizes equipment and technology skillfully and is technically competent in nursing procedures. Educates patients and families on significant self care issues. Practices in accordance with ANA standards, Maryland Practice Act, Hospital Policy and unit or departmental standards. Must have valid state of Maryland nursing license or eligible. Part Time, Temp, or Per Diem Employment

Permanent / Full Time RN Nursery in Baltimore, MD Permanent / Full Time Note: State preferences above minimum requirements. RN with minimum 3 years experience in Level II-III NICU. IV Skills & Ventilator experience required; Current NRP certification; Experienced in functioning at deliveries as Neonatal Resus Team. Regular Full Time Employment

Per Diem / Daily Contracting RN Nursery in Hagerstown, MD Per Diem / Daily Contracting Days In clinical settings, the registered professional nurse cares for patients using the nursing process, independent judgment, and evidenced based practice to assess and treat responses to actual or potential health problems. Maintains clinical competency and adheres to ethical principles of practice as defined by the Nurse Practice Act and the ANA code of ethics for nurses. Demonstrates ongoing competency in practice through participation in professional organizations and committees. Coordinates care with other disciplines; delegates tasks to other nursing staff; supervises staff in their delivery of care and evaluation of results. Regularly evaluates nursing staff for nursing acts. Addresses individuals when infractions are identified. Reports breaches in clinical or ethical standards to supervisor.
