The Family Nurse Practitioner provides primary health care to individuals and families in all aspects and developmental stages. This includes the management of health problems and promotion of optimal health.

Service Area Size: Serving eight neighborhoods, near west side of Cleveland.

Type of Practice: Family Medicine Health Center

Practice Environment: Staff of 60 employees, six board certified family practice physicians, two certified nurse midwifes, two nurse practitioners, and five mental and behavioral health providers.

Practice Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday; 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Family Nurse Practitioners scheduled for one evening each week.

There are currently two full time OB providers in the community. In addition, the hospital is bringing in a locums coverage each weekend for call coverage.
