Multi-specialty group is seeking an additional nurse practitioner to join their team due to growth of the services. It is strictly outpatient medicine with no call. Center is opened 7 days a week with rotated daytime coverage. You will perform primary care medicine and perhaps place some sutures. The urgent care facility provides prompt and comprehensive care to the groups patients and non-patients when they are unable to see their primary care physicians. Join highly qualified group of primary care physicians, nurse practitioners and PAs. Ability to speak Portuguese a plus. Guaranteed salary, comprehensive benefit package and relocation.
Practice is located in Southeastern Massachusetts, New Bedford. The city is approximately 60 miles south of Boston and 30 miles east of Providence and is the fifth largest town in the Commonwealth. Population is approximately 100,000 with a service draw of 150,000. Excellent public, parochial and private school systems, with the opportunity for continued education in Boston and Rhode Island.
The Community presents a diversity of activity and environments for its residents and visitors.
