Instructs MLT students & new employees in performance or testing in lab, stays up-to-date on hospital and lab policies, and on technical knowledge. Supervises other lab personnel in the absence of the Section Supervisor. Qualifications: A Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in medical laboratory technology or the equivalent, or, a Bachelors degree form an accredited college or university in one of the chemical, physical, or biological sciences, and one (1) year or Blood Bank experience.
