Analyze specimens using prescribed procedures in chemistry, microbiology, immunology, immunohematology, hematology, and toxicology. Calculate and report results. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment. Due to the highly technical nature of the duties of this position, the incumbent must possess, at a minimum, a bachelor?s degree in medical technology and a valid California Laboratory Scientist license from the State of California to perform the job duties. 5. Environment - This is a hospital setting. The schedule will be the overnight shift on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Saturday for 10 hour shifts.
