Permanent / Full Time RN Medical / Surgical in Henderson, NV Permanent / Full Time Days Twelve Hour Current license as a Registered Nurse in Nevada and current American Heart CPR certification at the Healthcare Provider Level American Heart (BLS) required. At the minimum, an Associates Degree in Nursing required. One (1) year acute care experience preferred. Maintains authority and accountability for decision making relative to the nursing care of patients. Responsible for providing patient care based on the nursing process using assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for applying hospital and nursing services policies in rendering physical and supportive care and in providing health teaching to patients and families. Interacts with staff, physicians, and other departments to ensure that customer needs are met. Responsible for professional development in self and contribution to the professional growth of others.
