KRC.0108.0810.02 Licensed Practical Nurse for 13-bed long term care facility attached to a 13-bed critical access hospital. There is one progressive family physician and one mid-level on hospital staff. The long term care facility as well as the hospital are currently under renovation. Hospital services include acute care, swingbed, cardiac rehab, PT, ER, surgery, lab, x-ray, CT, sonogram, mammogram, MRI and echo. Two LPN opportunities are available. Candidates must have KS licensure and CPR certification. Experienced LPNs and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Salary is $28,080-34,320. Benefits include PTO, group health, dental and life insurance, long term disability insurance, flexible spending, dependent care, retirement, wellness benefits and supplemental plans.
