Coordinates care with other disciplines; delegates tasks to other nursing staff; supervises staff in their delivery of care and evaluation of results. Regularly evaluates nursing staff for nursing acts. Addresses individuals when infractions are identified. Reports breaches in clinical or ethical standards to supervisor.
