Correctional Medical Services has an excellent management opportunity for the Downtown Baltimore Correctional Complex. As the Regional Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and delivery of nursing services for the Baltimore Region facilities' health services team. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: This Regional Director of Nursing position requires an RN with a minimum of a BSN and at least four years of progressive management experience. Correctional, multiple facility oversight, community health, or public health experience is a plus. Demonstrated abilities in the management of a large nursing staff. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and innovative nurse professional with excellent communication skills. Excellent clinical skills are a must.
