Permanent / Full Time RN Neonatal (NICU) in St. Cloud, MN Permanent / Full Time Nights Utilizes the nursing process within a patient focused care environment in providing direct and indirect care of patients to achieve the hospital mission of competent, Christian, holistic patient care. Patients cared for include children from early gestation through adolescence, childbearing women and women with gynecologic diagnoses. Implements and abides by Customer Service Standards. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Completion of Saint Cloud Hospital Competency Based Orientation Program. Child and Adolescent Specialty Center: Completion of SCH/Childrens Hospitals and Clinics pediatric hem/onc orientation program. Knowledge of nursing standards, policies, procedures, and ethics. Previous experience in nursing is desirable. Sufficient training will be provided in lieu of required experience. Child and Adolescent Specialty Center: PICU or pediatric hem/onc experience preferred. Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota. Basic Life Support (BLS) required. National Certification in a Nursing Specialty preferred. Child and Adolescent Specialty Center: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required for all RNs. Childrens Center: PALS certification required for all RNs who have completed PICU Orientation. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required for all RNs who have completed NICU Level III orientation. Family Birthing Center: Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification required. Regular Full Time Employment
