Per Diem / Daily Contracting RN Cath Lab in Melrose, MA Per Diem / Daily Contracting Days The Cardiac and Endovascular Nurse meets all the legal requirements of a professional nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The RN knows and understands the philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of Nursing Service as well as Cardiac and Endovascular Services and provides for their implementation. The RN will demonstrate the ability to provide care in the Cardiac and Endovascular Lab in accordance with the Nursing process. Assists physician during Interventional Medicine procedure and provides pre- and post-procedure care. The position demands sound judgment and advanced clinical skills to provide care in a wide variety of procedure areas including diagnostic and interventional vascular radiology, Cardiac catheterization, pacemaker insertions, stress testing, NM, CT, US, GU, and mammography. EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Registration and current RN license required. CPR certification needed. I.V. certified needed. ACLS/BCLS certification required. EXPERIENCE: One year of Critical Care experience required. Part Time, Temp, or Per Diem Employment

Per Diem / Daily Contracting RN Cath Lab in Milford, MA Per Diem / Daily Contracting Days Statement of Purpose: Under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Director and within the established organizational and departmental policies and procedures, the Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering quality patient care through a process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation and evaluation. The RN will direct and coordinate nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. The RN will collaborate with other professional disciplines to promote quality care, education, and research and resource utilization. Qualifications:Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing for Registered Nurses. (Associate Degree, Diploma, BSN) Certification / License: Current RN license in Massachusetts -Current BLS certification & current ACLS certification required. Experience: *Previous 3 years Cardiac Cath lab experience required. REQUISITION #3057 Part Time, Temp, or Per Diem Employment
