Permanent / Full Time RN Cath Lab in Salisbury, MD Permanent / Full Time Days The Professional Development Resource Nurse (PDRN) is a member of the units leadership team. In addition to fulfilling staff RN responsibilities, this role also includes coordinating staff development activities on the unit, coordinating new employee orientation on the unit, maintaining and communicating current policies and procedures, participating in the hiring and ongoing performance evaluation of all staff, and overseeing patient education on the unit. The PDRN supports the goals and objectives of the unit which are consistent with the mission, vision and values of the Medical Center. Role models professional attitude, behavior and professional appearance. Must re-apply tri-annually. Regular Full Time Employment
