Permanent / Full Time RN Cath Lab in Phoenix, AZ Permanent / Full Time Days Twelve Hour The Cardiac Cath Lab at St. Josephs Hospital and Medical Center plays a critical role within the Cardiac Service Line of Excellence supporting its Heart & Lung Institute, the only stand-alone lung transplant center in the Nation. The Cardiac Cath Lab consists of 4 rooms dedicated to a patient population from pediatric to adult, providing diagnostic and interventional services as well as pacemakers, AICDs and Electrophysiology procedures. The Unit provides nursing professionals with 12 hour shifts, 6a to 6p with call required on weekends, holidays and after 6:30pm. Join us now as we are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for both our day shifts to coordinate, supervise and implement patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice. The Registered Nurse is expected to practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description. Per Diem / Daily Contracting RN Cath Lab in Scottsdale, AZ Per Diem / Daily Contracting Days Utilizes the Nursing Process to provide comprehensive evidence based care to a designated patient population. Interfaces with multidisciplinary team members to provide optimum care Assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into their job performance. The staff member provides comprehensive care based on the principles of growth and development across the life span of patients served in his/her independent unit. Provision of care is given as described in the Scottsdale Healthcare Patient Care Policies and service or unit specific Department Operating Policies. Performance Standards may vary depending on unit assigned; percentage of time spent performing duties also vary according to unit and staffing needs. Basic Education: Associates Degree/Diploma from an accredited NLN/CCNE institution State Licensure BLS Healthcare Provider Training Course On Call Staff to work in our Cath Lab. M-F staggered shifts starting @ 6:30am to 7pm. Restricted Standby for after hours, weekends and holidays. Minimum 1 years cath lab experience in interventional lab.
