This level 3 trauma center is seeking a Medical Technologist with supervisory experience to lead an amazing team of technologists on second and third shifts. Actual work hours will vary and be flexible. Responsibilities include approximately 50% bench work with transfusion medicine experience preferred and 50% supervisory tasks; including, scheduling, performance evaluations, hiring, and improvement counseling. Must be a multi-tasker with a passion for their work. Bachelor's degree in related field, ASCP or equivalent required. Competitive salary offered.
